This is the first arrangement in a new series of string ensembles written by a Marine Band arranger for his friends' ministries. Rich works the melody lead around between the instruments. His beautiful chords and string voicings are ideal for a quartet, quintet or even a full string orchestra. Plenty of shadings, articulations and bowings and flowing accompaniment lines make this ideal for the church ensemble, or the school string group. Cello has the easiest part. The other strings would require at least more advanced 4th year players.
