Originally created for clarinet duet, additional parts have been included to allow any treble clef instruments to play this duet. The two parts of the duet permit each player to have some opportunity to play the melody with the second parts carrying the counter melody. Teachers will find the variety useful in teaching independent playing of a part. The piano accompaniment makes the music even more useful, and provides color and rich harmonic content to the setting.
