For festivals and workshops, this original composition is for three handbell choirs: 2 octaves, 3 octaves and 5 octaves. The textures are varied so that 1, 2 or all 3 choirs play at different times. This antiphonal bells series is parallel to Renaissance brass literature written for multiple brass choirs. Piano and/or organ substitute parts for each choir also make this playable by a church with a bell choir of almost any size.
